                                                                                                    The program starts at 4:00 pm.  

                                                                                                    Doors will open to the public

                                                                                                    at 3:00 pm.

Every participant will receive a certificate

and free tee-shirt!

 

If you are a winner in the Art, Essay or Poetry contests, you will be notified by telephone and you will be presenting your work at this great event! 

• Essay and Poetry winners should arrive at 3:00 pm to rehearse their presentations. 

• Art winners should make sure that your original art works have been delivered to the Commission's office at 316 State Street, Brooklyn, no later than Sunday, March 31st.
